Mental Health and Well-Being for Communities
This 1 hour training course looks at mental health in a community setting. The term mental health is often misunderstood and is often interpreted as referring to mental ill-health. The World Health Organisation define mental health as a state of well being in which the individual realises his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community
